SPRAY BOOTHS
Burner Servicing as per Australian Standards – Dismantle, inspect and clean burners. Test operation of booth. Check all electrical and gas Safety Interlocks are in good working order.
Perform Combustion Analysis/Carbon Monoxide Testing to ensure concentration of the gases does not exceed the following values:
- Carbon Monoxide – 10pm
- Carbon Dioxide – 3000ppm or 0.3% v/v
- Formaldehyde – 1ppm
- Nitrogen Oxides – 0.5ppm
Provide a Combustion Report – required for insurance purposes.
Breakdowns , over 10 yrs experience in all types of Spray Booths. Direct and Indirect fired natural gas. Direct and Indirect fired LPG. Diesel Fired.
Commissioning and Re Commissioning – testing and starting new, second hand or relocated appliances. Including lodging submission paperwork to Energy Safe Victoria (ESV).
